'Google Adwords' 2019: Step by Step Guide to set up account

'Google Ads' (New term for Google AdWords) is a standout amongst the best advertising platform available especially on Search Engines. Google is securing over 1.17 billion customer base, and that is the reason Google Ads is an incredible method to get your website displayed before the eyes of your prospects. 

Facts say for every penny spent on Google Ads, which double the investment for entrepreneurs. That's why it's difficult to beat the ROI generated through Google Ads in comparison to other Marketing Platforms like Yahoo Oath- Native and Search Advertising and Bing Ads. Through Google Ads, one can run any type of campaign i.e. Text Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads etc. for its product or brand. Whether to promote any Brand or want to acquire new or more customers for business, all you need to have your 'Google Ads 2019' campaign on board. 

Beginners generally feel that Google Ad set up is one of the difficult tasks to do in Digital Marketing, but that's not the case in reality. How to Run an Effective Google AdWords Campaign

Step 1- Before running any Marketing Campaign on Google Ads, one must have a Live Website related to your brand or organization. Thus get ready with your product or service website by keeping in mind that content written on web pages are free from plagiarism and optimized with sufficient keywords in the body of on every web page.  

Step 2- Create a Fresh Gmail Account (Sign-Up) with product/brand related email ID. New Gmail ID would be easier to manage and distinguish the various product-related campaigns in case of e-commerce business.

  Step 3- Once created a fresh Gmail ID. Open the page of "Google Ads 2019" for sign-in process.

Step 4- After successful login, your first introduction to Google Ads 2019 would be different (those who have seen earlier Google AdWords), as this Google has new features with lots of smart settings which create your first Ad in just 3 easy steps. Next, you have to click on "Create Ad"

Step 5- The next step will ask to define your Advertising goal with three major options. You have to carefully pick your advertising goal as per your needs and business objective. If you select "Get More Calls" option (image1), you would likely to talk to your prospects directly over the phone. Whereas if you choose "Get More Visits to your Physical Location"(image2) then you certainly want your prospects to visit your physical stores for better product outlook and instant sales. However, the third option i.e. "Get more Websites Sales or Sign-ups" (image3) will divert your prospects/clients towards your website where you can collect their information like Name, Phone Number and Email ID.

Step 6- The next step here is to insert your Live website URL. This Live URL is the portray of your business and brand in front of your prospects. Select the option "+ New Business" for entering your website URL.

Step 7- After clicking on New Business option you will notice a next step (below) which describe your business with your 'Business Name' and 'Business Website'. And click Next.

Step 8- After clicking on New Business you will notice a next step (below) where you have to describe your business with your 'Business Name' and 'Business Website'. And then click Next.

Step 9- In the next step you will see a Question "Where are your customers?". Here the purpose is to find the place of your customers. Generally, it shows the option 'Find new customers in the areas you serve' which means the target audiences nearby your area/locality. 




Step 10- In 'Find new customers in the areas you serve' option, you may get the chance to enter your office address and can cater your target audiences within the radius of 25km. This option will allow you to display your Ad even to customers sitting 25 Kms far away from your store. However, this radius can be increased to decreased as per your wish (5km to 65 km of radius)

Step 11- However in the next option i.e. 'Set up specific Areas' allows you to showcase your ad to the bigger arena. Here you may ad territories, cities, countries, es and continents as well.

Step 12- After clicking on the next button, you will reach the option where you have to 'Define your product or service'. However, due to Google Ads Smart settings, there will be default options as per your product category or nature of the business.  You can choose among these options or you have an option to 'choose your business category' manually for example plumber.

Step13- Now, here is the main step where you have to write your first GOOGLE TEXT AD for your prospects. The Text Ad has three segments Headline 1, Headline 2 and Description. Headline line 1 has a text limit of 30 characters. Try to write your headlines (including Keywords) in the defined limit otherwise, that will not appear in your ad.Similarly Headline line 2 has a text limit of 30 characters. However, in the Description section, you may write a description of your ad in 90 characters including keywords and specialties of product or service. At the extreme left side, you may preview your ad simultaneously and can feel the look of your ad.

Step14- In the next step, you may get the chance to upload the product or brand image including the logo in your Text ad. Image ads will show up on certain websites. This option is optional you may opt out this section by clicking next.

Step15- In the next step, you have to set up your daily budget. Google gives you entire description 'How your budget works'. Similarly, it also shows the Typical competitor budget range for your information so that you can set the budget in range on your competitor for better conversions. Then click next. 




Step 16- Now its time to review again your Campaign settings. Hence look at your Ad text ad in a glance. Here you will get a chance to edit your ad before final display. However, you can edit your ad even after final display (running ad). 






Step 17- Now its time to add your billing method. You can run your campaign through valid Debit or Credit card. 





Step 18- Once you finish the billing part and click submit, Congrats! you are all done. Now, receive a great number of your prospects' phone calls and store visits through this campaign.
